I came here with Mainland divers Andrew and Peter on Mar. 4, 2011. There were gale-force winds ripping up the water, but the direction of the swells just barely allowed us to flop into the water. Visibility was only 10-15 feet, but we saw the biggest octopus I've ever seen out in the open.

We came back the next day and this time there were 5 of us. It was nice and calm and the visibility had improved a bit (15 feet). We saw the octopus again and realised that it was probably mating. There was another large octopus hidden in a crack underneath it. We also saw another smaller octopus farther away in it's den.
