The current was decent today (Oct. 24, 2010). After slack it was changing to less than 2 knots and the previous day's gale had ended so I launched at Cattle Point and came over for a dive. The visibility looked promising from the surface, but it was a disappointingly-milky 15 feet. I'm starting to think that the good visibility during the first few times I dove here was an anomaly, and now Haro Strait is back to it's more usual ambivalence towards divers. It's still a nice, colourful dive though.
