Spring Bay is my first choice when I want to dive in really bad visibility. Today (July 24, 2013) it didn't disappoint. I could only see a few inches in the bay. Outside the bay, visibility was maybe 6 feet and at the base of the reefs, it was up to 8 feet or so. I saw my first dogfish shark of the summer. One benefit of the murky water is that it had to come in close to see what I was.
