I wanted to get some fisheye lens photos of the Lord Jim wreck before it completely fell apart so I did a dive here on March 22, 2010. Visibility was 10-15 feet. The wreck has definitely collapsed quite a bit since last time I was here. Most of the superstructure has fallen in. The funnel is lying on it's side. A large tarp is floating with one corner attached to the wreck. Only the front wall remains of the wheelhouse. The roof has fallen down and is leaning against the starboard (right) side of the boat. The hull is rotting away and is full of holes. It's easy to look into the inside of the wreck through all the openings. I wouldn't be surprised if, in a year from now, most of the hull had collapsed.
