We came here for a second dive after Octopus Rock. Lima's much larger than Octopus Rock and drops down underwater on all sides to around 100 feet where there is a sandy slope with more rocky reefs off in the distance. We jumped in on the North side and swam around the Eastern point to the South side. The current was quite noticeable on this side. It wasn't dangerously bad, but we would use more air swimming against it so we went back around the corner to the North side. The wall had several undercut areas and some deep cracks (almost like small caverns). Fish life was similar to Octopus rock, but there seemed to be a bit less soft coral. This place is steeper and deeper though, with a larger area to explore. Visibility was the same as at Octopus Rock (around 10-15 feet in the shallows and 50 feet below the thermocline).
