These photos are from Jan. 8, 2010. Once below the murky freshwater layer, visibility was about 30-40 feet. Because of the weather on the surface, it was darker than usual underwater. I visited the cloud sponge and noticed that there was a large section broken off that was sitting about 6 feet away.  It was a bit of a swim, but I then went to the sunken sailboat hull. Now, there's a plastic skeleton tied to it. I looked around for pirate treasure, but there wasn't any.
