I haven't been here in 5 years and it seems pretty much the same as I remember it. This time, we stayed in the shallows (20 feet or less) where there is a flat bottom covered with small, branching hard corals. Visibility was around 20 feet. We saw several turtles, black-tip reef sharks, and the usual swarms of fish common in this area. The local hotels often bring snorkelers here to swim with the sharks since it's so shallow. Unfortunately, they were pretty shy and stayed at the limit of visibility (not great for photography).
