I visited the wall again after an earlier dive on the nearby wreck (July 28, 2013). As at the wreck, visibility cleared up nicely to at least 40' below 20' deep. Years ago, the area around the sunken boats was swarming with decorated warbonnets and baby wolf eels. This time I didn't see any. Their place seems to have been taken by several grunt sculpins. The nearby boot sponges are still the shallowest ones I've ever seen (45 feet deep). Farther along the wall there was even a small cloud sponge 45 feet deep. I went down to the base of the wall 120 feet deep. I'm not sure if it eventually gets deeper or if that's as deep as this rocky area gets. The phone booth is still there on its ledge. A dogfish shark swam past me quickly. I only had time for a few photos before it swam back down the wall and over the sand.
