This is a small beach in a narrow cove bordered by steep cliffs. Although there are a few rentable beach chairs off to one side, it doesn't feel like a tourist resort beach. There are colourful little wooden fishing boats pulled up on the beach, a snack bar, a dive shop and a couple of restaurants back up on the road.
We started by swimming out of the bay to the left (South). It was similar to many of the other places we snorkeled up in this area. The cliffs sloped down underwater to about 15' deep. There were various soft corals and sea fans on the rock.
A couple of scuba divers swam out of a hole in the slope. I assume it leads into a cavern big enough to fit 2 divers.
We swam back across the middle of the bay to the North side. There wasn't as much coral here. Instead, there was lots of debris that had fallen down from the properties on the cliff above. There were concrete walls, ladders, stairs, etc. I got the impression that this isn't a very stable place to build a house.
It started to rain heavily as we swam back into the bay. The forceful drops felt like a massage on my head and shoulders. Inside the bay there were a couple of rubble mounds. I assume they were put here as artificial reefs.
