I came here on a dive charter as a second dive after the Cormoran/Tokai Maru wrecks. It's on the South side of Apra Harbour. The coral slope goes down to around 60' deep, but there is less coral and more silt down there compared to the shallower depths. Most of these photos were taken between 20-40' deep.
I think this dive was almost identical to nearby Gab Gab Beach (which I dove last time I was here). If you have access to the navy base (where Gab Gab is), you might as well dive there instead of paying for a charter boat to take you to Finger Reef.
