This spot is on the North side of Apra Harbour. Access is on private property just past some kind of water sport tour company. According to the internet, the public can dive here from shore without a problem, but it's possible the company that owns the property could ask you to leave. We dove here on March 5, 2019. We had to drive through the open gate for the tour company. A sign says they close at 6 pm (If I remember right). I don't know if they close the gate, possibly locking you in if you stay past this time. We parked at the end of the dirt road and swam out from the sandy beach. The following underwater photos are stills from the video I took.
We swam across a sandy gap towards another reef (known as "Dog Leg Reef").
The tip of Dog Leg Reef was about 60' deep.
We swam back across the sandy gap towards shore.
